On the inside,... read more it is an impeccable, high-class, high-ceilinged luxury suite with plenty of light and beautiful furnishings. Even though it's not far from the highway, you hear nothing when you're inside, and the spacious deck at the entrance faces a lovely ball park.

Track89 is located in a wonderful central place in Sanjuan county, with Spring City and Manti and Maple Canyon and so many beautiful canyons just a short drive away. We loved the place - we loved our stay!

Was disappointed that when we arrived the unit had not had maid service and sheets had not been changed; however, the manager's were quick to apologize and remedy the issue. We wanted a... read more unique stay and that's what we got! Quiet, extremely clean, and definitely different. Track89's customer service was quick and helpful with any issues we had! The train car location overlooks the town's park with lots of walking area, even near a cemetery if that is of your interest. We felt pretty safe. When you wake up, walk next door to the lovely coffee shop with delicious treats. Not a ton of restaurant options since it's a small town, but you can find something. We weren't familiar with the area enough to really make a full activity out of it, which wasn't as fulfilling as we'd liked, but I would definitely stay here again just for the fun of staying in a classy, stylish train car.   I’m not one to leave a bad review but I didn’t appreciate our stay. Day of our check in they moved our check in time backwards, upon arrival our rental... read more wasn’t cleaned from prior guests, muddy floors, trash on the counter, everything was a mess. We called but no answer so we left a message, after 10 mins we did get a response via text for a different rental to stay in. This was “clean” the bathroom toilet was unflushed and dirty, dead bugs, hairs, and dustballs in corners of the rental, there was an ice cream shake in the freezer from a past guest, in the bedroom there is a hole in the wall, spiders and bugs were crawling around on the ceiling and walls. Overall we ultimately didn’t feel comfortable and ended up leaving after a couple hours.
