Day of our check in they moved our check in time backwards, upon arrival our rental... read more wasn’t cleaned from prior guests, muddy floors, trash on the counter, everything was a mess. We called but no answer so we left a message, after 10 mins we did get a response via text for a different rental to stay in. This was “clean” the bathroom toilet was unflushed and dirty, dead bugs, hairs, and dustballs in corners of the rental, there was an ice cream shake in the freezer from a past guest, in the bedroom there is a hole in the wall, spiders and bugs were crawling around on the ceiling and walls. Overall we ultimately didn’t feel comfortable and ended up leaving after a couple hours.

Was disappointed that when we arrived the unit had not had maid service and sheets had not been changed; however, the manager's were quick to apologize and remedy the issue. It was a quick overnight trip and happy with our stay overall. Thanks.

  Cool place, The shower curtains needed replacing due to odor but the kids loved the accomodations. We were overall happy we stayed there. And we would come back.

  We absolutely LOVED it here. For one, I have MS and there is a LIFT to the deck and entrance, along with a dedicated handicap spot. They also had TWO... read more a/c/heater units in the train. One in the main area and one in the bedroom. These were some great bonuses for someone with MS. Very few places have these days. The place is so special with history, unique accommodations, and a really peaceful place. We would have loved to know the history of our particular car we stayed in. Now we want to know about the history of the whole place. We ate at the cafe in the morning at the old depot. It was delicious.

My car had a shaded patio table and it was quiet and felt private, even with a tennis court right there. The area feels lit for safety and yet dark enough for sleeping. Some walking paths nearby. Grocery store (seriously overpriced but decent selection) right across the street. Cute shop for jewelry and gifts, Love Rocks, about five minutes away. Kitchenette is great. Fairly large fridge with freezer. It actually feels fairly spacious inside. Nice layout.
